We offer shorter turnaround times. You will get an artwork proof by email within 1-2 business days of receiving print-ready art. Once we get your final approval, production will begin. Production time may vary depending on the product and quantity.

If you need your order to be shipped within 3-5 business days or less of our receiving the purchase order and artwork, please contact your sales representative to know about rush order facility and the fees involved.

Shipping of custom orders is done via FedEx unless otherwise specified. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Expedited shipping services are available to meet your needs.

LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments are available for large volume orders. The carrier used will depend on options required (e.g. – Lift Gate for businesses without a dock) and the required date. Customers can also use their own shipping account to ship orders by providing your shipping account information with your purchase order.

We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged in shipment. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Changes in shipping method must be requested in writing.

All orders will be shipped as a blind/drop shipment unless otherwise requested. Split shipments may incur additional charges.

F.O.B. is from our plant in Asheboro, North Carolina, unless manufacturing schedule designates otherwise.

All our customized products have a minimum quantity requirement, which can vary based on the type of product you are ordering. Please contact your sales representative for details and pricing on low minimum quantity orders.

Orders for quantities between standard catalog quantities will be priced at the lower quantity price.

No cancellation charges will apply if the order is canceled before it goes into production, regardless of whether it is at the design or approval stage.

Once an order enters production, cancellation charges will apply based on the status and type of the order.

Due to our commitment to quality, the exact quantity of a shipment may be increased by 5% for orders less than 1000 pieces, and by 2% for orders more than 1000 pieces and the order will be billed accordingly.

All payments must be made in US funds only. Payment must be arranged before production of order. Payment methods are as follows:

Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All orders will be charged/invoiced upon shipment to ensure accuracy and account for overages/underages.

Net 30 – It is subject to credit approval.

Check - Customers not on Net 30 terms may pay by check. However, the order will be produced or shipped only after the payment is received.

Digital: Our standard printing process is a digital, 4-color process printing method. PMS colors are printed using the CMYK process that uses cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks to provide a great range of colors and to eliminate the need to charge extra fees for set up or to match colors. Though, we will make every effort to match PMS colors as closely as possible, perfect color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Screen Printing: Screen printing method also offers a great range of colors and a glossy finish to the final product. Pricing is calculated per color. It may require extra fees, and a longer turn time. Request a special quote should you desire this imprint option.

Other: Other methods of printing may be used depending on size of order, colors required, and need date. If necessary, these options will be discussed during the quoting process and determined before the order is placed.

Magnet – Our magnetic material is made of a matte finish vinyl with a magnetic backing with a satin coated finish. Available in standard thicknesses of .020”, .030” and .040”, it can be used on any metal surface, and are proudly manufactured in the USA. We also offer a high gloss clear laminate suitable for indoor use and gloss or matte laminate suitable for both indoor or outdoor use (a special quote will be required). Magnets of other thickness are available for special orders and may involve a longer turn time.
